Bordier Butter Crepes
and Caramelized Apples
For Crepes
Ingredients :
• 6 Eggs
• 450 g Flour • Milk (1 liter)

Method :
1. Put the flour in a bowl and form a well.
2. Place the eggs in the center and mix gently, gradually incorporating the milk until a liquid but slightly thick consistency is obtained.
3. Add the soft butter, and mix all the ingredients.
4. Cook the pancakes over low heat, adding a ladle for each pancake. Wait until each side is cooked before turning the pancakes. Melt a knob of vanilla butter on the still hot crêpes.
For Garnish
Ingredients :
• 4 Goldrush Apples
• 50 g Bordier Madagascar Vanilla Butter
• 1 jar of Border Semi-Salted Butter with Caramel

Method :
1. Wash, peel and seed the apples.
2. Cut the apples into small squares and brown them in a saucepan with Border Madagascar Vanilla Butter.
3. Place the caramelized apples in the center of a pancake and cover with Border Demi-Salted Butter with caramel. To be enjoyed hot!
