Jean-Yves Bordier became a butter artisan in St. Malo in Brittany in 1985, acquiring “La Maison du Beurre” creamery, founded in 1927.

We present a wide variety of cheeses such as Comte AOP 2017, Brie de Melun AOP, truffle gouda AOP, Sainte-Maure de Touraine AOP, le Napoleon Commingeois AOP, and many more.
