Olive Oil
In the heart of the Baux-de-Provence Valley and the Alpilles Regional Natural Park, in the typical Provencal village of Maussane, stands the Moulin Jean-Marie CORNILLE since the 17th century.

Xavier Alazard, the nephew of Jean-Marie Cornille, took over the family lands 3 years ago to preserve his family’s know-how and develop incredible Olive Oils. He works his land in a traditional way, emulating his ancestors and their techniques.
The Valley of Baux de Provence and its Mediterranean climate are a perfect combination to cultivate olive trees.

As a testament to his dedication, he has been a member since 2017 of the “College Culinaire de France”, a label dedicated to support, promote and share exceptional artisanal products.Today his Oils are found amongst some of the most beautiful restaurants in France.
