This recipe for black pudding was entrusted to us by the famous two-star chef: Christian Parra, formerly owner of the "La galupe" inn in Urt. It is a meat sausage made with the whole head of the pig and perfectly raised. It is in the spotlight on the tables of great chefs and in beautiful brasseries!
