Maison DEHESA is reinventing sashimi-style canned sardines, thanks to Japanese smoking methods. Their deboning with tweezers, also unique, gives them the lowest salt level on the market. In addition to the salting process, they are cold smoked in order to sublimate their fat and give them a firm yet melting texture like sashimi.

Tasting from home : Carefully open the box and the lid. Using cutlery (preferably wooden), take out the sardines, drain them briefly then place them in a dish. Wait until they are at temperature (to the touch, you should not feel a temperature difference between the sardine and your finger) to discover their beautiful crunchiness and aromas.
